Return conditions<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” woodmart_inline=”no” text_larger=”no”]Order No 217 of the Minister of the Economy of the Republic of Lithuania ‘On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items’.<\/p>\n

1. The Buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase and sale of goods by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 days of delivery of the goods, under the following conditions:<\/p>\n

1.1. the Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale and purchase of the goods only if the goods have not been damaged and have not substantially changed their appearance or if the packaging has not been irreparably damaged or destroyed, and if the goods shall be returned in their original and undamaged packaging.
\n1.2 Upon receipt by the Seller of a written notice of cancellation of the contract of sale, the Goods shall be returned at the Buyer’s expense within 7 days of receipt of the notice.
\n1.3 Once the Seller has received the returned goods and assessed their quality, the price of the goods will be refunded within 7 days of the return of the goods, exclusive of the cost of delivery.
\n1.4 If the consumer withdraws from the distance contract, he\/she shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods to the seller (postage, courier, etc.).
\n1.5 The customer may not exercise the right to withdraw from the contract of sale and purchase set out in Clause 1 if the goods can no longer be returned due to a loss of merchantability (forfeiture).<\/p>\n
