Payments can be made using Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas e-banking services. Payments can be made in euro. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

Additional information:
– Delivery to Curonian Spit – the delivery price and time will be agreed separately.
– Goods not in stock will be delivered within 7-21 days.
– Delivery to other European Union countries – prices vary by country and are subject to change.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
– Goods are delivered to the door of the building (staircase). There is no door-to-door service.
– If you notice any irregularities or inconsistencies during the delivery, please note them on the delivery note and write a certificate of irregularity.
– We accept no liability for:
• Damage to the goods if it is not due to manufacturing defects.
• Inconsistencies in the delivery if they can be detected by external inspection.
Return conditions
Order No 217 of the Minister of the Economy of the Republic of Lithuania ‘On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items’.
1. The Buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase and sale of goods by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 days of delivery of the goods, under the following conditions:
1.1. the Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale and purchase of the goods only if the goods have not been damaged and have not substantially changed their appearance or if the packaging has not been irreparably damaged or destroyed, and if the goods shall be returned in their original and undamaged packaging.
1.2 Upon receipt by the Seller of a written notice of cancellation of the contract of sale, the Goods shall be returned at the Buyer’s expense within 7 days of receipt of the notice.
1.3 Once the Seller has received the returned goods and assessed their quality, the price of the goods will be refunded within 7 days of the return of the goods, exclusive of the cost of delivery.
1.4 If the consumer withdraws from the distance contract, he/she shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods to the seller (postage, courier, etc.).
1.5 The customer may not exercise the right to withdraw from the contract of sale and purchase set out in Clause 1 if the goods can no longer be returned due to a loss of merchantability (forfeiture).
